And a picture does quite literally paint a thousand words. If I jump into the Schematic tab on the AutoCAD Electrical ribbon, you can see that things like the wire commands are a lot more descriptive. So, for example, the surfer now in AutoCAD Electrical looks a bit like a Maori Hawaiian symbol, actually, and he looks a bit cool there riding on his waves, for example. If I jump into some of the AutoCAD Electrical icons, if I go to Project, you can see that the icons are more colorful and a little bit more descriptive. You can see, for example, the offset command there looks different to the old offset command and it's a different color. So you'll notice the icons are different.

But just so that you're aware of those changes, we're just going to take you through a couple of those at the top in the ribbon in AutoCAD Electrical. The icons have been changed, the colors have been changed. If you're using, for example, AutoCAD Electrical 2016, the icons will be different. The 2019 range of AutoCAD applications, things like AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD Architecture, and so on, all have a new icon interface, and it may look different to the version that you're using. Now, the 2019, the AutoCAD Electrical piece of software, has a different icon interface. As I've mentioned in previous videos during this introduction to your AutoCAD Electrical Working with PLCs course, we are using AutoCAD Electrical 2019.
